During her master’s work she was, and still is, an English teacher at Hoosac Valley High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Engish from MCLA in 1993 and her master’s degree in education from Westfield State in 2000. Wallace is a 1988 graduate of Pittsfield High School. Albany Law School Albany, N.Y. Amy L. Perry, daughter of Keith and Paula Perry of Pittsfield, graduated with a juris doctorate degree. While at college, she was a member of Moot Court, Low-Income Tax Payer Law Project and a recipient of the Law Day Award in 2004. She recieved her bachelor's degree in business adminstration and French from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She is a 1997 graduate of Pittsfield High School. Albany College of Pharmacy Albany, N.Y. Jennifer O'Rouke, daughter of Philip and Paula O’Rouke of Pittsfield, graduated magna cum laude with a doctor of pharmacy degree. She is currently employed as a pharmacist at Scientific Therapeutics Information Inc., in Springfield, N.J. She was a member of Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society, Rho Chi Honor Society, editor of the college newspaper and Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She is a 1998 graduate of Taconic High School. American Internation College Springfield Mark S. Broderick, son of Robert and Pamela Broderick of Lee, graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology. Gina Impoco, of Lee, graduated with a master's degree in business adminstration. Ryan Lucy, son of Don Lucy of Lee and Anne Lucy of Pittsfield, graduated with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. His future plans are to attend the Massachusetts Police Academy. He is 1999 graduate of Lee High School. Emily M. Miller, of Pittsfield, graduated with a master's degree in elementary education. Vincent Szymanski, of Pittsfield, graduated with a master's degree in educational psychology. Anna Maria College Paxton Tara Wooley, daughter of Debra and Raymond Wooley of Adams, graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in environmental science. She did her senior year internship with the Massachusetts Environmental Law Enforcement. She also volunteered in central Massachusetts with the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife. She is currently volunteering in Westen Massachusetts, while seeking a position with the Department of Fish and Game. She is a 2000 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School. Antioch New England Graduate School Keene, N.H. Michelle M. Kuzia, of Great Barrington, graduated with a master's degree in elementary and early childhood education. Metzger, daughter of Margery and Alan Metzger of Pittsfield and granddaughter of Shirley Metzger and Seymor and Lillian Bernstein, all of Pittsfield. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication and Judiac studies. She was the director of Associated Students’ Speaker’s Board, social chairwoman and adminstrative vice president of Phi Alpha Delta and was on the dean’s list. She was also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Phi Eta Sigma honors society and the Golden Key National Honor Society. She is a 2000 Taconic High School graduate. Arizona State College Tempe, Ariz. Leah Sharon Hine, daughter of Jeff and Wavelyn Hine of Cheshire, graduated with a master's degree in communication disorders. Her future plans are to become a speech language pathologist. While at college, she was a graduate assistant. Hine earned her bachelor’s degree in communication disorders from the University of Connecticut in 2002. She is a 1998 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School. Assumption College Worcester Jacqueline D. Connolly, daughter of Deborah Conway Connolly and John Connolly of Pittsfield, graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in English, writing and mass communications. She is employed as district liaison for State Senator Stephen M. Brewer in Barre. She is a member of Sigma Tau Delta English Honors Society, Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society. Also she was editor-in-chief of the yearbook, features editor for the college newspaper and a member of the varsity women’s crew team from 2001-2002. She interned for The Berkshire Eagle, The Worcester Telegram and Gazette and Holden Community Television. She is a 2000 graduate of Pittsfield High School. Melinda A. Gowdy, daughter of Kathleen and John Michael Gowdey of Pittsfield, graduated with a bachelor's degree in history and elementary education. Her future plans are to become an elementary school teacher. She was named to the College Key, an alumni organization honoring academic standing, character, campus and community service, leadership and future promise. Boise State University Boise, Idaho Todd Suriner, of Pittsfield received a technical certificate from the welding and metals fabrication program. Boston College Chestnut Hill Shawn M. Burdick, son of Ronald and Madeline Burdick of Adams, graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science and minor in economics. He is currently employed at Prue Waterhouse Coopers as an associate in the business advisory practice. He was a member of the Information Technology Club, Association for Computing Machinery and local elemetary school academic tutoring volunteer. Burdick was also a manager and captain of intramural basketball. He is a 2000 graduate of the Hoosac Valley High School. Sarah A. Mack, daughter of Arthur A. and Anne D. Mack of Lee, graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication and studio art. She is a 2000 graduate of Lee High School. Katie L. Sarah Vincent, daughter of Reginald and Shirly Vincent of Lenox, graduated with a master's degree in hispanic studies. Starting in September she will be a Spanish teacher at Woburn High School. While in college she taught fellow intermediate Spanish. She recieved her bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York and majored in Spanish. She is a 1996 graduate of Lenox Memorial High School. Boston University Boston Julian Dayal, daughter of Maureen Dayal of Stockbridge and Revendra Dayal of Great Barrington, graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degee in business adminstration and management. She plans to attend the New York University School of Law. She was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Golden Key Honor Society, Charles River Literary Society and the Organization of Political Philosophies. She was President of Students for Human Progress and a student tutor. She is a 2000 graduate of Monument Mountain High School. Elizabeth L. Phillips, daughter of Maureen Phillips of Pittsfield, graduated with a bachelor's degree in art history. She was a member of the art history association and ballroom dance team. Cohen, daughter of Ann and Howard Cohen, graduated with a master's degree of education in instructional technology. She is currently teaching the third grade in Brockton. She attended the University of Hartford in 1996, where she recieved a bachelor’s degree in elementary special education. Cohen is a 1992 graduate of Pittsfield High School. Abigail M. Lesniak, of Great Barrington, graduated with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and english. Brown University Providence, R.I. Tyler A. Jennings, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Jennings of New Ashford, graduated with a bachelor's degree in history. Katherine K. Leitch, daughter of Mary Neveu and James Leitch of Adams, graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. She will attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to pursue her master’s degree in engineering. In college she was a student coordinator and mentor, Partners in Education tutor and a volunteer for the classsroom science module program teaching bridge design. She also studied abroad at Melbourne University in Australia. She is a 2000 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School.
