Please print this form, fill it out, and submit it to The Eagle. Prints of photographs taken only by Eagle Staff Photographers (no AP, Cox, or New York Times) are available. Each photo ordered is $15. Only photographs published after September 1, 1998 are available. Allow 2-3 weeks for the finished photographs to be delivered. (It is not possible to pick up the photographs at the Eagle offices; orders also cannot be taken by telephone.)
Purchaser recognizes that The Eagle's photographs are copyrighted. Reprints are sold for personal use only. Purchaser agrees not to reproduce Eagle photos in any manner, physically or electronically, or make any commercial use of such photo.
