For all announcements submitted after March 13, 2006 for publication on March 26 or later, we will offer multiple package options for engagements, weddings and anniversaries. We know how important this occasion is to you, and we want to help you enjoy this special time in your life by publishing your announcement when and how you want it to appear. The announcements are printed each Sunday in The Berkshire Eagle and once per month on Saturday in the North Adams Transcript. In addition, we want you to be able to share your joy with people outside of our circulation area, so we are offering an online package as well. We have partnered with a company that specializes in creating beautiful, personalized Celebration announcements, including yours! Your announcement will be posted to a featured area of www.BerkshireEagle.com and/or www.TheTranscript.com.

ONLINE FEATURES

This is an exciting time, so tell the whole world about your engagement, wedding, or anniversary! Our unique online feature at www.BerkshireCelebrations.com allows you to tell everyone the good news over the Internet.

Each package that we offer in The Berkshire Eagle and North Adams Transcript comes with an online feature. The online package allows you to do the following:

• Give everyone the basic facts about your wedding that normally appear in a newspaper announcement
• Present a photo gallery of both you and your new or future spouse
• Tell people how you met and how the proposal came about
• List the bridal party
• Explain the details of your gift registry
• Ask people to sign a virtual guestbook
• Provide hotel and tour information, directions, etc., for out-of-town guests

WHEN & HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION

Information must be received by 12 p.m. Monday two weeks prior to your desired publication date. Please be sure to indicate your preferred date of publication on the form.

Information must be submitted on the following announcement form and a story will be written for you. The Berkshire Eagle and North Adams Transcript reserve the right to edit announcements to conform to basic style, good taste and word limit of your chosen package.

It is the responsibility of those being married to notify the newspaper if a wedding is canceled.
