Norman Rockwell Museum 'Art Comes Alive!’ Norman Rockwell Museum 'Art Comes Alive!’ On Saturday, spend the afternoon with four beloved children's book illustrators, as the Norman Rockwell Museum presents "Art Comes Alive!: Flights of Fantasy." The afternoon begins at 1, with a family tour of the current exhibition, "Women in Illustration: Contemporary Visions and Voices." At 1:30, visitors can discover the magical world of fantasy illustration with artists Jane Dyer, Susan Jeffers and Ruth Sanderson. And at 2:30, visitors can create an illustrated book of their own with artist Ruth Sanderson. A signing of the artist’s recent book “The Golden Mare, the Firebird, and the Magic Ring” will follow the presentations. “Art Comes Alive!” programs are scheduled on the third Saturday of every month, and are free with Museum admission.
